What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of henna, we do not offer returns on our Henna Kits.

What if my Henna Kit arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email our support team at support@sedahenna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Once we have verified the damage, you have two options:

  • Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will refund you in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Replacement Kit: If you opt for a replacement kit, you’ll be sent a new henna kit to your specified address.

What if I experience an allergic reaction?

Our Henna is made with all-natural ingredients, but it’s possible to experience an allergic reaction, known as contact dermatitis, to the essential oils we use in our Henna mixture. We recommend to patch test and wait 48-72 hours. Please check out our full ingredient list here.

If you experience an allergic reaction, please wash off your Henna immediately. Once you’re ready, contact our team at support@sedahenna.com for a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer any exchanges on our Henna Kits.
